I never used to think twice about my breath, it was just something I automatically did to stay alive...
something that I unconsciously did from the moment I took my first breath here on this realm.

I was already deep into my healing journey when I started working with my breath. I went to an breathwork journey, many years ago, not
knowing what I signed up for. A friend actually took me along. 
I was amazed by what was possible by simply changing my breath patterns, in that very first breathing journey I healed lot, and lots of 
trauma, that I was unable to reach or release before.
It was transformational. 

I promised myself to keep on following the breath, regardless where it takes me on that day. 
And I did, and what I have come to understand and learn on this breath journey is nothing short but life changing.

I learned to trust, myself.
I learned to trust, the universe.
I healed trauma.
I released stuck emotions.
I raised my frequency.
I cleared past life's.
I healed generational trauma.
I connected to my star family.
I connected to my higher-self.
I got to know who I am. 
And I learned to love myself! 

A breathwork journey is never the same, but it always is healing and deeply transformational. 

Working with the breath means working with your autonomic nervous system, more particularly we are moving it from the sympathetic active state (fight and flight) into the parasympathetic state (rest, digest & heal). This relaxed state can help the body to:

Reduce stress and anxiety.
Boost the immune system.
Lower Blood pressure& increasing circulation. 
Strengthen the lungs. 
Release toxins.
Improve sleep.
Improve digestion.
Improves focus.

In our busy life's we have come to predominantly live in the sympathetic state of our nervous system, which means living in a stress response on a constant basis. It is so important to give our bodies the chance to take a rest, to take a breath... now more than ever as we are surrounded by
toxins that put the body even under more stress than 'just' our mental stress, that we experience trying to meet different expectations and deadlines. 

I have come to experience these benefits first hand and knew that I wanted to share this knowledge with others. So, I signed up to a breathwork facilitator course and started my studies. I'm now a Facilitator, IBF member (International Breathwork Foundation), and been running in person Breathwork journeys for years. I have also started to offer monthly Zoom Breathwork Journeys as some of my clients live in different countries and could not attend my life sessions. 
I have now decided to open theses journeys up to more beautiful beings who are ready to heal and transform their life.
